Our standard key holding service is the ideal solution for both private customers and landlords. We hold a set of keys for you in our secure storage facilty in Fayrous which are available 24/7 (Subject To You Contacting Us To Arrange).

If you own an apartment in Hurghada and just want peace of mind that you have a spare set if you forget to bring your own keys or if you have workmen in your apartment whilst you are not in Hurghada there will always be access.

This service is also ideal for landlords or for owners who rent out apartments on AirBnB or Booking.com if your guests lose their keys or lock them in the apartment. Your keys will be available to be collected either by your guest or a nominated person from our base in Fayrous 24/7, you must contact us and tell us the name of the person collecting and they must bring ID and return the keys back to our base in Fayrous.

Our Standard Key Holding service costs £120 per year and is available to any property in Hurghada. Your keys will be held in a secure location in Fayrous complete with CCTV and 24/7 onsite security.

We cover all areas of Hurghada but please remember you or anyone needing access to your keys will have to collect them from us in Fayrous.
