Our Premier Key Holding Service is intended to give you peace of mind that your property is safe while you are not in Hurghada and to keep the levels of dust down whilst you way from Egypt.

We have many years of experience in Key Holding and with our office in Fayrous we are easily accessable to most people.

Our service is different from other services in that we offer a bi-monthly check of your apartment and provide a WhatsApp video each time to show you that your property is safe and secure. We also store all keys in a safe located in a  secure building with 24/7 CCTV security.

We check all water connections to make sure there are no leaks or corrosion and we check all lights and air-conditioning is working correctly.

We clean all surfaces with a disinfectant spray to keep down the levels of sand and dust in your appartment.

If we find any issues with your apartment you will informed via WhatsApp.

If we find any issue that needs urgent attention we will fix the problem first and then contact you. This would include things such as a burst water pipe or a major leak in the apartment.

This service is offered across Hurghada in all apartment complexes subject to the management allowing our company access.

This service is a keyholding and maintenance service and is not a security service.
